I liked this hotel a lot. The location is really good, just a short walk to the train station which made the trip to/from the airport super easy. Also very close to most of the attractions of the city. The bed, pillow and duvet were extremely comfortable - better than my own. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was also really good with a lot of choices. All the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has a small gym that overlooks the square, which was nice. The only con I can think of was that the window in our room didn´t face the outdoors, It overlooked the breakfast/dining hall. Because of that, we were not able look outsite (f.e. to check the weather) and we did hear some noise from the eating area (f.e. when staff was preparing breakfast and when guests spoke really loud). But that didn´t bother us since we were located at a higher floor (5th).

The breakfast was stellar with a lot of variety for various tastes. The location was perfect, close to the shopping district, the palace, and the harbor. It was so easy to just walk to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and were always available to help or answer questions.

Great customer service. Jet lagged, overslept the 10am breakfast cutoff - staff took sympathy on us, let us in at 10:01am. Thankful for the coffee! wonderful buffet as expected. Added bonus: the 7th floor lounge - convenient hang out area to socialize with friends staying in different rooms. Totally unexpected was the 'light predinner meal' - cold cuts, great soup etc - very convenient. Also: front desk stay (cheery young women) always greeted with smiles and hello! Breakfast staff happy to explain Norwegian menu items, refill empty platters and clear away used dishes. Would stay here again.

Great breakfast, and access to a gym is superb. Located very central and is easy to find and close to surrounding restaurants, shopping etc. The staff where are super friendly and the breakfast had long opening until 11:00 on weekends that is appreciated.

Hotel stay was perfect, very central with restaurants nearby. Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices and although we were late to breakfast, all food was still fresh and warm. The room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. All in all a lovely stay!
